Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked. Request it through the link in your Paddle receipt, write to support@altseat.com or call +44 7877 414546. Paddle issues the refund. A refunded license is revoked.

Statutory rights in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK still apply.

This refund comes alongside those rights, not instead of them, and Paddle's buyer terms govern the sale itself.

The refunded key stops working at the app's next license check and cannot be activated again. Paddle is the merchant of record for every order, as the terms explain.
